Taxonavigation: Chalcidoidea |

Superregnum: Eukaryota |
Familia: Pteromalidae
Subfamilia: Ormocerinae
Genus: Alloderma
Species (1):
A. maculipennis
[source: Catalogue of Life: 2011 Annual Checklist]
Name
- Alloderma Ashmead, 1904: 273, 275
- Type species: Alloderma maculipennis Ashmead, 1904
- Fixation: original designation [p. 273] [and monotypy]
- NOTE: this is somewhat problematic, for Alloderma maculipennis was named only as type species of Eisenia, without separate description or diagnosis. There are two possible interpretations: either (1) E. maculipennis is a nomen nudum, and so there were no originally included nominal species; or (2) E. maculipennis is part of a combined genus/species description, and so it is type species by original designation [and monotypy]. Option (2) seems more in accord with current usage, so it is adopted herein.
- Type species: Alloderma maculipennis Ashmead, 1904
