Type locality: “the trail between Sevilla de Oro [78º38’ W, 02º47’ S] and Méndez [78º18’21” W, 02º41’58” S], on the E slopes of the mountains between Cerro Negro [78º32’ W, 02º45’ S] and Pailas [78º31’ W, 02º45’ S] (tambos), Morona-Santiago, Ecuador”.
