Aphonopelma mojave Prentice, 1997

Type locality: USA, S of Red Mountain, 20 miles N of Kramer Jct. on Hwy 395, 1–2 miles W of Hwy 395, San Bernardino and Kern Co. line, California, 35.310573 -117.644350, elev. 3405ft.

Holotype: AMNH. male ♂. 28.X.1989. legit Thomas R. Prentice.
