Type locality: "Departamento del Quindío, municipio de Filandia, vereda El Roble, bosque Reserva Bremen, vertiente occidental, Cordillera Central, 4° 39´ Latitud N, 75° 40´ W de Greenwich, 2050 m.", Colombia.
Holotype: ICN 9769.
