Type locality: China, Yunnan, N Baoshan, 25°30'10"N, 99°06'40"E – 25°29'26"N, 99°06'16"E, 2265–2530 m, 08.V.2006, I. Belousov & I. Kabak leg.
Etymology: The specific epithet refers to Baoshan city in Yunnan Province, where the type specimen was collected.
