Holotype: NRM 41281. Paratypes: CMK 13298 (35), 13306 (54); DFV uncat. (15); NRM 41282 (20); ZRC 43055-64 (10).
Type locality: Nam Leuk, about 500 meters upstream of Tad Leuk waterfall, 18°23'51"N, 103°04'18"E, Mekong basin, Vientiane, Laos.
