Exochochromis anagenys Oliver in Eccles & Trewavas, 1989

Holotype: USNM 304657. [Paratypes: USNM 304658 (3), 304659 (1)].

Type locality: Thumbi Island West, Lake Malawi [Lake Nyasa], 14°01'00"S, 34°48'23"E, depth about 40-50 meters.
