Gammarus longdong Hou & Li in Hou, Zhao & Li, 2018

Type locality: Qinglong Cave (103.75°E, 27.69°N), altitude 1289 m, Mohan Town, Daguan County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, China.
Holotype: IZCAS. male ♂. 18.III.2014. legit Yunchun Li and Jincheng Liu. IZCAS-I-A1566-1.
Etymology: from the Chinese "longdong" (Dragon Cave), referring to a cave filled with water.
