Halichoeres signifer Randall & Earle, 1994

Holotype: BPBM 36162. [Paratypes: BMNH 1994.4.11.3 (1); BPBM 36176 (2), 36313 (2); CAS 81378 (1); SMF 27033 (1); USNM 329427 (1)].

Type locality: East side of Masirah Island, central coast of Oman, Arabian Sea, depth 12 meters.
