Type locality: Cueva del Nacimiento del Rio San Antonio, Oaxaca, Mexico (16º58'N, 95º31'W).
Holotype: AMNH. female ♀. 09.III.1973. legit J. Reddell, S. Murphy, D. & M. McKenzie, M. Butterwick.
