Type locality: Shiroyama, Kagoshima, Kyushu, Japan
Holotype ♀: Lost in TI (X-1920, A. Kimura leg.)
Neotype ♂: In ZSZMH (from the type locality, 21-III-1982, adult in VIII-1982, J. Haupt leg., but the neotype may be lost according to Dunlop et al. 2014)
