Type locality: Ganquan Island, Xisha Islands, the South China Sea.
Holotype: MBM285018, ovigerous female, 1.6mmCL, Ganquan Island, Xisha Islands, the South China Sea, one to three m, Coll. Z B, Gan, May 15, 2015 (GenBank accession number of 16S rRNA gene: MK231005).
