Name
Hymenocephalus yamasakiorum Nakayama et al., 2015
- Holotype: BSKU 113692.
Type locality: Tosa Bay off Aki, Kochi, Shikoku Island, Japan, 320–400 m depth.
Etymology: named after Ms. Yasuko Yamasaki and her family. They operate a fishing trawler in Tosa Bay and adjacent waters, providing a large number of fish specimens to the BSKU collection.
