  • Type locality: CHINA: Shaanxi, Qinling Shan, Houzhenzi to Taibai Shan, 3500 m, alpine meadows.
  • Holotype: Volker Assing private collection , ♂, 2.–4.VIII.1998, leg. Trýzna et al.
  • Etymology: The specific epithet (Latin, adjective: oblique) refers to the shape of the posterior margin of the male sternite VIII.
