- Paratypes: 2 males and 2 females are in Museo de Biología de la Universidad Central de Venezuela. (MBUCV-XI-1706), Caracas – Venezuela. 1 male and 2 females are deposited in United States National Museum of Natural History Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. U.S.A. USNM-228620.
- Type locality: Atabapo river, Santa Cruz, Estado Amazonas – Venezuela (3º20’N – 67º29’W)
