Type locality: “Juliaca, [Puno,] Peru”; corrected to “Inca Mines [=Santo Domingo Mine], about 200 miles northeast of Juliaca, on the east side of the Andes, on the Inambary River [= Río Inambarí],” Puno Dept., Peru, by J. A. Allen (1901: 41).
