- Holotype: ZMMU.
- Type locality: Kyrgyzstan, Terskey Mountain Range, Aksu River, near Teplo-klyuchenka Village (42°29´48´´N 78°31´36´´E), 17.06.1993 (S.V.Ovtchinnikov).
- Etymology: The species is named after the author's friend and colleague Niclas R. Fritzйn (Finland) for his contribution to the study of the Pardosa monticola-group in the Xinjiang Province of China
