Type locality: “at 1400 m above sea level in area known locally as “Mapga”, (N: 17.442°; E: 121.075), Balbalan-Balbalasang National Park, Barangay Balbalasang, Municipality of Balbalan, Kalinga Province, Luzon Island, Philippines.”
