Type locality: Philippines, Luzon Island, Kalinga Province, Tabuk City, road to Tabuk, forest along the road near a narrow water channel (17º24.757′N, 121º16.384′E), elev. 408 m.

Holotype: IZCAS. female ♀. 02.VI.2015. legit F. Ballarin & Y. Li.
