Tethya californiana de Laubenfels, 1932

  • Syntypes (2): USNM 21495 and BMNH 29.8.22.15, collected by Max de Laubenfels on 25 July 1926.
  • Type locality: “Pescadero Point [(36º33.6′N, 121º57.1′W)], near Carmel, Calif. [=California], intertidal”.
