Usage notes
- The form узя́ць (uzjácʹ) and ўзяць (ŭzjacʹ) are used interchangeably and are considered the same word but are different in spelling and pronunciation. Like other Belarusian words, words starting with "у" + consonant are used after consonants or at the beginning of a clause, words starting with "ў" + consonant are used after vowels.
