Usage notes
The indefinite triptote form ثَلَاثَة (ṯalāṯa) is used in compound numbers. The indefinite diptote form ثَلَاثَةُ (ṯalāṯatu) is used when the number stands alone:
- ثَلَاثَةُ نِصْفُ سِتَّةَ ― ṯalāṯatu niṣfu sittata ― three is half of six
