From Middle French bramer, from Old Occitan bramar, from Gothic đąđđ°đźđźđđ˝ (brammĹn), đąđđ°đźđžđ°đ˝ (bramjan), from Proto-Germanic *bramjanÄ (âto bellow, roarâ), from Proto-Indo-European *bĘ°rem-.
