Examples of actual statewide obesity and health equity programs are used to illustrate the implementation of tools and activities within the Toolkit. The Pennsylvania Fresh Food Financing Initiative (PA FFFI) is a case study highlighted on p.33 of the Toolkit, and demonstrates comprehensively the Health Equity in Obesity Planning Process.
