Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Noveko Certificate of Approval TC-84A-5462
At the request of Noveko, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded the certificate of approval TC-84A-5462 for the model RD5-V N95 respirator. NIOSH understands that no respirators bearing this approval/model number were ever manufactured for sale or distribution into the market.
As of April 30, 2013, no Noveko respirator bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above is approved and it may not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH approved product.
