Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Jinfuyu Industrial Co., Ltd., Certificate of Approval TC-84A-4113
At the request of Jinfuyu Industrial Co., Ltd., (JFY), The National institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded Certificate of Approval TC-84A-4113.
As of May 18, 2011, no JFY respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above is approved. The product will not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as NIOSH approved bearing approval number TC-84A-4113.
