You may want to cancel your subscription due to finances or because you are no longer interested in the publication. Start by reviewing your subscriber agreement with the Wall Street Journal so you are aware of what you are entitled to as a customer. Then, contact the publication by phone to cancel your subscription and get a refund for any remaining time on your subscription, if applicable.

The phone number didn't work for me. I followed the advice of someone else online and changed my billing address to an American address (I chose a police station!). I then had the option to cancel online. Problem solved, but a complete hassle to do.
