This wikiHow teaches you how to contact a seller or store on Aliexpress using a computer, phone, or tablet. For information about an order you've already placed, click your Account menu and select My Orders to pull up your order details, then follow the Contact link to send a message.

1Log into your account on AliExpress. You can use a computer, phone, or tablet, to use the website and contact the seller.

2Navigate to the seller's store. If you know the seller or store's name, you can search for it using the bar at the top of the page. If not, locate an item being sold by the store, then click Visit Store or Contact on that item's page.
- If you can't find the item or the store you want to contact and you've already purchased the item, you can pull up a contact option in your order list. Click the Account menu at the top-right corner, select My Orders, and then click your order.[1]

3Click Contact. You'll see this on the left side of the page, under the store or item details.

4Fill out and submit the form. The contact form will open in the form of an email that will be in your AliExpress inbox. If you have a question about a specific item, make sure you list as much detail about that item listing as possible.
