    Prepare, and buy some Poké balls. You will need to bring a Pokémon that has learned Rock Smash with you.

    Go to Granite Cave, above Dewford Town, and go to B2F.

    Use Rock Smash on all smashable rocks.

    Encounter a Nosepass. Lower its HP, preferably to the red. Do not cause it to faint!

    Inflict a status condition, such as Sleep or Paralysis, on the Nosepass.
