How to Make Alcoholic Beverages Quickly

This is how to quick and easily make your own alcohol to drink for people who don't want to go out and buy expensive equipment, or ingredients such as yeast.

Ingredients

For Quick Yeast:
- A slice of bread
Something to make your beverage out of (Apple Juice for example)

Steps

Decide what you want to make the beverage out of(see example in Ingredients).

Make " quick yeast"
- Gather the ingredients.(seen above)
- Break the bread up
- Put into coffee filter,
- Seal the coffee filter using staples,
- Place into jar, and boil kettle, fill it with just Enough water to fill half the jar.
- Leave to sit in jar with lid on for 8 hours.
- Remove the bread pulp coffee filter bag ,but do not throw away.

Put 500ml of your chosen juice into a saucepan with 75 milliliters (2.5 fl oz) equivalent of sugar.

Allow to simmer for 1 minute and add the cloudy water from the jar

Allow to simmer for 3 minutes stirring constantly on very low heat.

Remove from heat and place into a jar or bottle

Cover jar or bottle with a coffee filter and allow mixture to stand for 10 days.

After 10 days, without removing the filter, pour into another bottle.

You should just throw away as it's honestly of no use after, unless you plan on making another batch. But even then I'd bite that minuscule cost and use another piece of bread.

How much sugar is needed for 250 ml of juice?

Since 250 ml is half of 500 ml, use 37.5 ml of sugar. Just cut the measurements in half.

Is the alcohol non-poisonous, or is it like normal liquor?

It tastes very bad compared to store-bought liquor, but it is still drinkable.
