Licensed Clinical PsychologistIt really helps to have things to do and to take care of yourself. So, on the first point, find one or two things near you that you really enjoy doing. It could be a music venue, a pool hall, whatever. Having something to look forward to will keep you engaged in the world around you. Beyond that, engage in self-care. Eat well, pay attention to your thoughts, and do things to destress and realax.
