هكسوز

هكسوز (الإنكليزية Hexose) هو سكر يحتوي على ستة ذرات كربون صيغته الكيميائية C6H12O6.[1] يصنف الهيكسوز حسب مجموعته الوظيفية من الأمثلة على الهيكسوز: الغلوكوز وسكر الفركتوز وغيرها.
