03 Ajabshir Recruit Training Centre

Shahid Sarlashgar Sha'ban Barkhordari 03 Ajabshir Recruit Training Centre (Persian: مرکز آموزش ۰۳ شهید سرلشگر شعبان برخورداری عجب‌شیر), commonly known as Ajab Shir 03 Garrison (Persian: پادگان ۰۳ عجب شير Pādegān-e Seh-ye ʿAjab Shīr)[3] is a village and military installation in Dizajrud-e Gharbi Rural District of the Central District of Ajab Shir County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 852 in 205 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,719 people in 209 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 5,423 people in 148 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
