Ahmadabad, Kalat
Ahmadabad (Persian: احمداباد, also Romanized as Aḩmadābād) is a village in, and the capital of, Layen Rural District of Hezarmasjed District, Kalat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[3][4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 454 in 112 households, when it was in Hezarmasjed Rural District of the Central District).[5] The following census in 2011 counted 406 people in 116 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 480 people in 141 households.[2]
After the census, Charam Rural District was established in the Central District and Layen Rural District was established in the newly formed Hezarmasjed District.[3][4]
