Central District (Asaluyeh County)
The Central District of Asaluyeh County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان عسلویه) is in Bushehr province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Asaluyeh.

At the 2006 census, its population (as a part of the former Asaluyeh District of Kangan County) was 43,883 in 4,925 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 52,364 people in 7,655 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 56,255 inhabitants living in 12,224 households,[2] by which time the district had separated from the county and become Asaluyeh County.[5]
