The Central District of Bavi County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان باوی) is in Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Mollasani.

At the National Census in 2006, the region's population (as parts of Ahvaz County) was 43,800 in 8,164 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 32,468 people in 7,452 households, by which time Anaqcheh Rural District and the former Bavi District had been separated from the county in the establishment of Bavi County.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 33,802 inhabitants in 9,048 households.[2]
