Veys District
Veys District (Persian: بخش ویس) is in Bavi County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Veys.

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as a part of the former Bavi District of Ahvaz County) was 60,557 in 10,457 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 56,692 people in 13,862 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Bavi County.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 62,681 inhabitants in 16,548 households.[2]
