The Central District of Fuman County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان فومن) is in Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Fuman.

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 81,449 in 21,913 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 80,000 people in 24,399 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 80,120 inhabitants in 27,038 households.[2]
