Central District (Larestan County)

The Central District of Larestan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان لارستان) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Lar.

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 87,988 in 20,633 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 106,511 people in 26,167 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 104,146 inhabitants in 30,003 households.[2]
