Central District (Rostam County)

The Central District of Rostam County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان رستم) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Masiri.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, the region's population (as a part of the former Rostam District of Mamasani County) was 26,746 in 5,596 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 28,101 people in 7,306 households,[5] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Rostam County.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 27,079 inhabitants in 7,840 households.[2]
