Central District (Zeberkhan County)
The Central District of Zeberkhan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان زبرخان) is in Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Qadamgah.[3][4]

At the National Census in 2006, the region's population (as a part of the former Zeberkhan District of Nishapur County) was 44,466 in 12,096 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 46,983 people in 14,240 households.[6] At the latest census in 2016, there were 45,401 inhabitants in 14,875 households.[2]
After the census, the district was separated from the county and divided into the Central and Eshaqabad Districts, the latter including the newly formed Heshmatiyeh Rural District.[3][4] The village of Eshaqabad has been elevated to the status of a city.[7]
