Darband, Semnan

Darband (Persian: دربند)[3] is a village in the Darjazin Rural District of the Central District of Mehdishahr County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 20 in 4 households, when it was in the former Mehdishahr District of Semnan County).[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 76 people in 28 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
