Darjan

Darjan (Persian: درجان, also Romanized as Darjān)[3] is a village in Seh Hezar Rural District of Kuhestan District, Tonekabon County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 96 in 27 households, when it was in Khorramabad District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 249 people in 82 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 159 people in 53 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]

In 2019, Baladeh-ye Sharqi Rural District was established in Khorramabad District. Do Hezar and Seh Hezar Rural Districts were separated from the district to form the new Kuhestan District, in which Miyandaman Rural District was also established.[6]
