Nematabad, Tonekabon
Nematabad (Persian: نعمت اباد, also Romanized as Neʿmatābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Baladeh-ye Sharqi Rural District of Khorramabad District, Tonekabon County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,423 in 642 households, when it was in Baladeh Rural District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,486 people in 778 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,597 people in 895 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
In 2019, Baladeh-ye Sharqi Rural District was established in Khorramabad District, with Nematabad as its capital. Do Hezar and Seh Hezar Rural Districts were separated from the district to form the new Kuhestan District, in which Miyandaman Rural District was also established.[4]
