Dodangeh-ye Olya Rural District (Persian: دهستان دودانگه عليا) is in Ziaabad District of Takestan County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,002 in 1,637 households.[3] There were 4,898 inhabitants in 1,554 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,061 in 1,658 households. The largest of its 21 villages was Farsajin, with 1,860 people.[2]
