Firuzabad, Rask

Firuzabad (Persian: فیروزآباد) is a village in Rask and Firuzabad Rural District of the Central District of Rask County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,163 in 390 households, when it was in Sarbaz County.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 2,286 people in 487 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,323 people in 531 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]

After the census, three districts were separated from Sarbaz County to establish Rask County, with the city of Rask as its capital.[5]
