Fordo District
Fordo District (Persian: بخش فردو) is in Kahak County, Qom province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Fordo.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as Fordo Rural District of the former Nofel Loshato District in Qom County) was 2,265 in 701 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,516 people in 844 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 3,482 inhabitants in 1,186 households.[2]
After the census, the district was separated from the county and divided into the Central and Fordo Districts, the former including the newly formed Kermejegan Rural District, and the latter containing the new Khaveh Rural District. The city of Kahak was designated the capital of Kahak County.[3]
