Hojr Rural District (Persian: دهستان هجر) is in the Central District of Sahneh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,007 in 1,699 households.[3] There were 7,211 inhabitants in 2,043 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,768 in 1,938 households. The largest of its 29 villages was Elayiyeh, with 1,541 people.[2]
