Khodabandehlu Rural District (Persian: دهستان خدابنده لو) is in the Central District of Sahneh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,389 in 885 households.[3] There were 2,939 inhabitants in 876 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,177 in 660 households. The largest of its 26 villages was Eslamabad-e Sofla, with 419 people.[2]
