Jazink, Iran

Jazink (Persian: جزینک) is a city in, and the capital of, Jazink District of Zehak County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran, and also serves as capital of Jazink Rural District.

At the 2006 census, its population was 725 in 168 households, when it was a village in the rural district.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 716 people in 195 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 676 people in 213 households.[2] After the census, the village of Jazink was elevated to the status of a city.
